Endorsed Candidates in the 2008 Election

This is a list of endorsed candidates SEANC/EMPAC has endorsed in statewide and Senate and House elections. IF you do not see a name for a particular race it is because we did not endorse in that race. The first section is statewide elections, followed by Senate and then House members.

EMPAC announces 15 endorsements for the 2008 statewide elections (Race/Candidate/Party):
Governor Bev Perdue D
Lieutenant Governor Walter H. Dalton D

Attorney General Roy Cooper* D
Commissioner of Insurance Wayne Goodwin D

Don’t forget to vote for the Judges! You still need to vote for Judges (usually) at bottom of ballots since they do not run on party tickets. “We’re proud to support candidates who value public services and the employees who provide them,” said SEANC
